Sergio Herman on Raw Culture
Collaborations are the future. The Jane – awarded most beautiful restaurant in the world and very recently popping up on the 54th spot in the World’s 50 Best list – asked us and Cacao Barry to create a unique chocolate mould for the restaurant. We asked owner and Michelin-star chef Sergio Herman to present us his vision on “Raw Culture”, one of the most impactful consumer trends in food and hospitality. “Raw Culture” was the source of inspiration for us to create this mould, combining rough looks with hi-end sophistication. We took Sergio back to his roots, most inspiring places and his kitchen at The Jane to create this wonderful story. We scripted, filmed and produced the full movie, and developed the unique praline mould for The Jane.
