You know how to create a visual language that is distinctive, compelling and can works cross-channel
You’re on top of what’s trending – and keen on discovering what will be so tomorrow
You challenge and you deliver! You ask the right questions and have a constructive mindset, keen on making things better
You inspire your colleagues and the brand teams we work for
Anything Adobe (at least Photoshop / Illustrator / Indesign) has no secrets for you
You’re hands-on and to you, a deadline is deadline / a promise is a promise
You feel good in the studio and also love to get in the field to guide the creative process on the photo/video set
You have a degree in graphic design and/or had at least five years or more experience in other agencies learning how graphic design can make a brand stand out / come to life / engage with its customer base. But even more than degrees and stuff: your life is filled with passion about graphic design. You breathe it. In and out. You can work within guidelines – but you can also create guidelines and brand universes. You are social, interactive, aware of what’s going on and have a broad interest in anything ranging from food to cars (or beers, pharmaceuticals, baby nutrition… you name it!) You speak English at least, preferably Dutch too. And you communicate clearly.
